Delhi Public School Noida brought together parents and students for an insightful panel discussion on “Gen Z Unplugged: Navigating Social Media, Mental Health & Modern Living” on August 22nd 2026. Eminent panelists Dr. Jitendra Nagpal, Ms. Nidhi Kulpati and Principal Dr. H. S. Vashistha shared valuable perspectives on social media, mental well-being, AI, cyber safety and parent-teen communication. Moderated by Vice Principal Ms. Archana Sharma, the interactive session encouraged empathy, emotional resilience, critical thinking and responsible digital citizenship. Audience questions and a rapid-fire round made the discussion engaging and practical. The session reinforced the importance of balance, trust, open communication and meaningful relationships always.
