GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES

 Registration

  • Online registration is open from 15 June 2026 (9:00 AM) to 30 June 2026 (9:00 PM).
  • Hard-copy forms will not be accepted.
  • School office will not entertain admission-related queries.
  • Applicant’s name must match official documents such as the Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, or previous school’s Report Card.
  • Submit only one application per child. Twins and siblings require separate forms.
  • Registration does not guarantee admission.
  • Registration fee: Rs.2,500/- (Twenty Five Hundred Only) (non-refundable), payable online.

Admission Process

  • Classes I–IV and VI–IX: Admission test followed by an interview for shortlisted students.
  • Pre-Nursery: Child-parent interaction; details will be sent by email.
  • Admissions depend on the availability of seats due to student transfers.
  • Regularly check the school website for updates.

Important Fee & Admission Conditions

  • Admission fee must be paid within the prescribed schedule after selection.
  • No fee refund after admission formalities are completed and a provisional admission number is allotted.
  • Transfer/School Leaving Certificate must be submitted within 15 days of admission.

Transport Guidelines

  • School transport is available only on existing routes.
  • No customized routes will be provided.
  • Students cannot use different transport modes for morning and afternoon trips.
  • Pre-primary bus routes differ from senior school routes and are limited.
  • Parents should verify transport availability before seeking admission.
  • Route changes after admission will not be entertained.
  • The school discourages the use of private vans for safety reasons.

Documents Required at the time of Admission

  • Original documents for verification along with self-attested photocopies.
  • Student’s Aadhaar Card (mandatory).
  • Parents’ Aadhaar Cards.
  • Passport-size photographs of the student and parents.
  • Parents’ educational qualification documents.
  • Alumni proof of either parent (if applicable – DPS Noida ONLY).

Instructions for Filling the Online Form

  • This form is only for DPS Noida admissions.
  • Complete every field; write “NA” where not applicable.
  • Carefully check all details and spellings before submission.
  • Ensure the email address and contact number entered are correct.
  • If the payment transaction fails, no confirmation email will be received; you will need to try again.
